I was staying here while my mum had a medical checkup, and it was the nearest affordable place to HKL. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was big enough and comfortable for basic amenities. There isn't a lift, but the staff were able to find me a room on the first floor.

I could hear long, loud bus honks going on in the morning and it kept disrupting my sleep. The place was horribly dirty and poorly managed, with no washing supplies, just one round soap, and everything seemed on the verge of falling apart.

KK Mart is right next door, along with Thaitanic Restaurant, where the nasi goreng is delicious, and there's also a Pizza Hut in the building. It's directly connected to HKL by the bridge, so this is the nearest hotel to the hospital. The front desk staff are all friendly, and the price is good for a budget stay. The room has a wall cupboard, which is handy, and the TV works, with channels like TV1, 2, 3, DRAMASANGAT, TV4 and NTV7. You can ask the front desk for room cleaning each day if you want it. The air conditioning can be too cold one moment and not cold at all the next, so I had to keep adjusting it. There's no phone in the room, so you have to go downstairs to ask the front desk for anything. A decent place for a short stay or an emergency. I had a good stay and would consider it again.

We stayed here for a vacation, and the room interior was really nice and quite big. The air conditioning was good too. The only issue we had was parking: there wasn't a spot available when we went. Other than that, all good.

It's near HKL, very clean, and the bathroom is really nice. I think it's a good place, but the air conditioning has a problem. It stays very hot even when it's on. I hope they fix it 😊
