There are lots of facilities here: two badminton courts, two pingpong courts, a basketball and futsal court, a children's play area, and a gym with a boxing ring. There's also a study room, a 1.2-meter-deep pool, and a baby pool. Each home gets two parking spaces and there's 24/7 security. The new condominium looks great and has good features. A bus route nearby goes straight to Midvalley in 15-20 minutes when traffic isn't heavy. Very good value for money.

The road gets congested in the morning and after work. Still, it's a quiet, pleasant place with complete, well-maintained condo amenities and a nice view. It's breezy too. There's a bus route nearby, and the condo is conveniently located near a KTM station.

For around 2k per unit, you get 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The new building has 24/7 security and a large public area with 2 swimming pools, a bbq area, karaoke room, reading room, gym, and more. Highly recommended if you don't mind being away from the LRT or MRT. It's also near a KTM station and bus station.

The lobby gets suffocating and sweaty, especially in hot weather, because the fan hasn't been working. Or maybe they're trying to save money by refusing to turn it on.

From here you get great views of both the Kuala Lumpur and Klang skylines. It's considered a 5star condominium, with 39 leisure and entertainment features.
