Please read this before booking. We had a terrible time at this property. The rooms were messy, and the beds and mattresses were damaged, making it torture to sleep. Balconies and outside walkways weren’t properly cleaned. Staff were very rude and arrogant, and the pool had a pungent smell and looked unattractive. The health faucets/bidets were broken, so we had to use the shower to clean ourselves. There were no ceiling fans, only AC, which was very noisy. We asked online and in person for early check-in even though rooms were available, but it wasn’t allowed. My 10-year-old son and I had to wait in the lobby for five hours, with him standing, and there was no sympathy when we explained we had a child. There was also no cloakroom for luggage. When we tried to complain to the lobby, they didn’t understand English, or acted as if they didn’t. The property is far from the attractions, and its cab-hailing team seemed to try to rip us off at every opportunity. Pathetic.

We arrived at 3:10pm, after check-in time, and the room still wasn’t ready. They had us wait two hours, then told us it still wasn’t ready. I know check-in is at 3pm, but the room should have been ready by then. The curtains and bedsheets were dirty, dust had collected on the door, and there were roaches in the unit. Paying 140rm/night for a place like this is a joke.

A handy choice if you’re staying longer than a three-day trip. There’s a kitchen, pool, and gym, plus plenty of conveniences nearby, including convenience stores and laundries.

Really bad service and management. My room TV had a problem, but nobody answered when I called. Before swimming, the guard asked for a form, but management hadn’t given me any such form at check-in. I called again and still couldn’t get an answer, so I couldn’t use the pool or watch TV. So boring, I won’t come back!

The apartment wasn’t what I expected. The AC and fans weren’t working at all, even when switched on, and the inside-facing view made it dark.
