The hotel had a charming vibe and was warm, elegant, and beautifully designed. My room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with a home-away-from-home feel. The staff were friendly and the hospitality was excellent. For a budget boutique hotel, it made for a relaxing getaway with comfort and style. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a frightening check-in experience. The lift stopped while we were inside, and pressing the emergency button over and over got no response. We had to get out using a ladder from the hotel, but it was broken and unstable too. My mother hurt her knee and chest in the incident and was in a lot of pain and distress. It should never have happened in a hotel where guests are meant to be safe. Afterward, the staff offered no proper help or urgency, and nobody took accountability. The whole response was disappointing. We left feeling extremely frustrated and worried about the hotel's safety measures. I hope management investigates this seriously and makes immediate changes so it doesn't happen again.
