We booked two rooms. The one with two double beds was OK, but its instant water heater didn't work. The other had one double bed and one single bed, and felt cramped. They kept our luggage for almost 12 hours after checkout, which we appreciated. The hotel seems recently renovated, with fresh wall paint, and the bedsheet quality is good.
The property is great, neat, and usually offers very good service. Most of the staff were great, and I've had good memories here. But one Indian woman on staff was rude and didn't know how to speak to guests. The manager supported her instead of coaching her.
The room and a loves of the Monarchy in the room bear, another automatically clean arcade, another club. Not all marriot, there are muttangarla in the moon better than gala. Okay, I'm gotta service is a very good arrogate.
The second room's television didn't work, and the air conditioner wasn't cold even when set to -18°c. I first stayed here a few years ago and everything was fine, which is why I chose it again for my family. This time, though, the staff were rude and unfriendly. The Bangladesh staff should be changed. Sorry, but I won't be back.
At about 10:30 a.m., ongoing renovation drilling woke me up. The noise was loud and continuous, and caused a lot of disturbance and discomfort.
