The apartment is still new and has a good view of Bukit Jalil. There's a fun playground and sports facilities like Golf, plus a gym. The space isn't very spacious, though.

I don't like complaining about life, but I feel I should be honest about what happened while I rented unit B-28-03. Things seemed normal at first. Later, I realized how much the neighbours knew each other, and the disturbances had become too much for me to bear. I was upset and had so many unanswered questions during that time. Loud banging came from the upstairs unit B-29-01 and the next-door unit opposite the small room, B-28-02. Those two units knew each other, and it felt like there was banging whenever I moved. I don't know why people have so much free time to do nothing but this. I called security for help, but they couldn't do more, so I moved out. Even though I ended half the contract, I still had to pay another two months, apparently because of the law. I know I should move on, but I still want to put this out there. Maybe this review will disappear someday. I love my baby and try to be happy with him every day. I also worried the noise might affect him. Writing this may help the landlord understand why their unit can't be rented, or maybe they already know but can't say. I even wondered if the deposits had something to do with the nuisance, because it made me think of all sorts of possibilities. 🤔😌

Parking felt like a scam. I was there for 20 minutes and got charged RM10, but the signs don't clearly say that RM10 applies after 6pm. They need more parking notices. Because of this place, people park on the road and create a lot of dangerous situations.

The parking is much cheaper than at The Tropika condo across the way, especially if you use the basement instead of parking outside. I'm glad they upgraded the system too. Before, paying with TnG meant an extra 10% surcharge, but now that charge is gone. The management is strict about clamping cars, so don't use reserved spots or you'll get clamped lol.
