Short-term rentals are banned here. Don't book one if you don't want trouble accessing the unit later. No AirBnB and so on.

I love this place, but the way security dealt with my brother and his friends was upsetting. They'd been swimming for more than two hours, even though the pool rules don't say there's a two-hour limit. When two kids tried to explain that, guards hit them. The kids had been running, which did break the rules, but the guards should have spoken to them nicely instead of attacking them. The guards also couldn't speak English or Malay well and kept telling the kids to go home. One guard said there could be only two visitors, even though there was only one visitor at the time. If visitors were limited to two hours, would they have to spend an hour watching me swim if I swam for three hours? That makes no sense. Please improve this. The guards would only treat kids this way, not grown-ups. And it's two visitor parking spaces, not a limit of two visitors as people.

It takes 15 minutes just to process one visitor. The visitor management system is so slow, and I don't understand why there's an app if everything still gets written down manually. I don't blame the guards, since they're following orders. This is on condo management. Please do better and be more competent.

The guard at tower A was so rude to me on 14/9 at 9.58am. I was asking how to register as a cleaner contractor, but he kept saying I had to move my car because I couldn't park there. He gave me the wrong directions for registering the car and wasn't helpful. He just sat in the lobby reception playing on his phone. I asked politely, but he still wouldn't let me move my car outside. Guard management needs to improve, especially communication with people.
