The service was a real plus. Check-in and check-out were both very quick, and my request for a late check-out was accepted. I was puzzled that the standard check-out time is 11am, though it didn't cause me a problem. The location is handy, near Sri Hartamas and Mount Kiara, with lots of places to eat and bars within walking distance. The room was okay, if a little old, and cleanliness was passable. I'd come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was free. Breakfast was available at a very reasonable price too. The room was modern and clean, with handy serviced-apartment basics like a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and dishes. It's right between Sri Hartamas and Mont Kiara, both full of restaurants, cafés, and bars. If you don't feel like heading out, Marta's Kitchen Spanish restaurant on the ground floor is a great option. Really, there's nothing not to like.

A nice place for a night, and I got an upgrade thanks to my Expedia status. I could do laundry, though there was some sand or water in the washer, so my clothes didn't come out perfect. Nothing was ruined, at least. The restaurant next door was nice too, and I really enjoyed it.

I booked a room for the wrong dates and noticed right after paying. I asked to change them just minutes later, but the hotel declined, even though the stay was still a month away. That showed no hospitality at all. I wouldn't recommend a business that treats customers this way.
