i'm living here now and love it so much. It's low density, clean, has good management and a good neighbourhood :)

Visitor parking is limited, so I parked nearby. It was difficult to find the entrance to the lobby.

The management is very lousy. For a one-day overnight stay, parcel is charged RM5. When my friend came to visit, visitor parking was full, so management clearly doesn't have enough parking. Today the security locked down and scratched my car, then argued that the damage was already there. It was my first time staying at tiara mutiara, and I didn't notice the clamping area at the side belonged to tiara. The guard had been sleeping and wasn't paying attention to cars parked at the side. After I parked, they locked the car and said I had to pay to get it back, about RM200! Are you guys targeting clamping for sales? They were very rude too. Please train the security. One wore sunglasses while talking to others. I just got back from gateway Residence, where they pay attention to the clamping area and do their job properly.

It's convenient to get to the shopping mall beside the building. The street is busy and traffic makes the trip there awful, though, and the lobby is at the rear, so first-time visitors may have trouble spotting it.
