The building is in a handy spot for business travel, and the unit was clean enough with average facilities for a long work stay. It’s managed by several property companies with different short- and long-term units. I booked through Agoda with Five Senses. My main issue was how they handled a change to my dates. I was meant to stay March 1-14, but unexpected circumstances meant I couldn’t travel on March 1 and had to arrive a week later. I notified Agoda right away and sent the requested documents. After more than 20 days of back and forth, Five Senses wouldn’t offer any flexibility, even partial. I ended up paying for both the original March 1-14 booking and another one for March 8-21, so I was charged twice for March 8-14. I stayed in the same unit managed by Five Senses, was prepared to pay for March 1-8 because of the delay, and kept trying to find a reasonable solution through Agoda. I also contacted Five Senses directly several times and got no reply from the end of February onward about the dispute. They did respond to check-in and practical matters, but not to the booking problem. The location works well, but the lack of communication, flexibility, and accountability makes this a risky choice, especially for business or long-stay travelers who may need to change plans.

Maluri MRT station is only about a five-minute walk away, and Bukit Bintang and TRX Mall are a short ride from there. Sunway Velocity Mall is close by too, AEON Mall and the supermarket are about five minutes away on foot, and there are traditional local places to eat nearby, including Old KL Kopitiam. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions from the host, Feel Home. We were six family members, young and elderly, sharing a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. It felt comfortable as soon as we arrived and worked well as a base for our stay. The apartment was spotless, well kept, and everything worked. It’s nicely furnished in a warm, modern style, with wooden floors that made it feel cozier and more upscale than the usual cool white tiles. The lighting was bright throughout, with no dark corners. There was enough seating for all six of us, with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and armchair. The kitchen had what we needed, including a filtered water dispenser, microwave, washing machine, and a good range of utensils, so making simple meals and doing laundry was easy. Both bathrooms were clean and maintained, with decent water pressure. The medium-firm beds and pillows suited most of us, and everyone slept comfortably.

The staff were quick to respond and friendly, and I’d book the same residences again if I come to KL. We stayed five days and four nights, January 5-9, in a 3 bR deluxe room. It was clean and cozy, with enough towels and pillows, and the bed was comfortable. The larger room with two queen beds was especially suitable for elderly relatives who wanted to share a room. A few things need attention: the washing machine was a bit dirty, the chopping board was faulty, the clothes rack felt fragile, and the mop holder was broken.

With a 43-floor building and four elevators, having only two working is unacceptable. We waited 15 minutes for one, and the waiting area had no air conditioning, so it was unbearably hot. For the high rental rates, this maintenance and service just aren’t acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
