Victoria Home EST

I ended up spending a lot of time relaxing in the loft instead of heading out to sightsee. My favorite was napping on the sofa by the balcony in the afternoon sun, or reading and watching TV. Victoria's unit was clean and comfortable, with good TV and Wi-Fi. Check-in was easy, and the EST staff were polite and helpful. The lobby was a nice spot to meet friends or wait for my Grab on rainy days.

The bed and toilet were the only parts we liked. The apartment didn't look like the pictures, and the bed was downstairs below the living room instead of on an upper floor. The media player couldn't be used on the first day because a cable was missing, and the owner only supplied one after we asked. The kitchen utensils weren't very clean, and the main door handle felt dangerous because it could slide out of the keypad easily.

The city view from the 30th floor was amazing, and everything in the apartment worked. The facilities, security, and location were what we expected from a place that also houses a serviced apartment run by the trusted Establishment brand. Check-in communication was poor, though, and the person handling it seemed too reliant on an approved script. We had to ask for towels, which arrived quite late. The 3pm check-in and 11am checkout times were disappointing for a company managing so many units.

The interior design is really cool, and the pool was great. It's not near the towers or in the city centre, but a nearby railway station is connected to the property, so getting across town takes just minutes. The staff were friendly too.
