This was the most unpleasant hotel stay I've had. At check-in, the woman staff member blamed me rudely because the room was fully booked, even though the system had still accepted my booking. No towel was provided, and the washroom was dirty. The second-floor environment felt really eerie, like a dark area. Another customer was smoking in front of the room with the door open. At checkout, no staff were around, and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to wake up.

The room was a mess, with a dirty floor, an unclean sink and hair in the bathroom. The blanket and bed cover smelled like they hadn't been properly washed, and there was no towel, shower gel, or shampoo waiting when we checked in. I had to ask reception for them. The TV and phone didn't work either. Ganesh at reception was helpful, thank you. OYO needs to improve its franchise hotels. Cheap rates aren't a reason to take the basics for granted, and I hope other OYO properties offer a better stay. At least this room was only for sleeping.

The room looked nothing like the photos online, and I regretted not checking the many negative reviews first. It was dirty, the service was poor, and several things didn't work. There was no toilet paper and barely any water coming from the taps. On top of that, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I couldn't even bring myself to take a picture. Don't stay here.

The bed was in poor shape and the pillows were extremely thin. The heater didn't work. We told a staff member, who said he'd come fix it, but nothing happened. A really bad stay.

The room had plenty of space for our things, and it was quiet. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure in the shower. Reception were really helpful and supportive.
