The receptionist was warm and friendly, and there are places to eat nearby. We booked the basic family room because the hotel is just a short walk from Perlis Jetty. It was clean and had enough for our family of four.

Hotel Zuley Heritage was a really comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and lovely, and the staff were helpful and very friendly. I'd happily recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay 👍

The room was tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly. We spent two nights in Room #2 with two beds. The price was relatively low, though breakfast wasn't included. It was easy to get around Perlis and to Langkawi from here. InshaAllah, I'll come back.

We only stayed one night before taking the morning ferry to Langkawi, but I’d gladly return if I had the chance. Jeti Kuala Perlis is within walking distance, and there are several cafes and coffee shops close by. The hotel was neat, and our room felt cosy and comfortable.

The room could have been cleaner, and there were lots of ants. It was manageable for one night, though the location is a real plus, near both the ferry and bus terminals. Free water and coffee were available.
