I had to leave and book another hotel at extra cost because there was no water anywhere in this hotel, and my schedule was affected. I first asked to change rooms, but was told every room had the same problem. At the front desk, they described it as something like a “top-up” issue and said it should take about an hour. After waiting that long with no water, I went back and saw that a plumber had been called, but the issue couldn't be fixed. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled, especially the lack of timely, clear communication.

The room was clean and quiet at night, and the owner was quick and efficient. I paid 60MYR on the spot with no time wasted, so it was good value. The downsides were no water and a door that didn't lock, but those weren't a big deal.

I paid RM60 for one weekend night, which was good enough for me. Parking wasn't hard to find, and a few food stalls were open in front of the hotel at night. I was only there to sleep. Please get the air conditioner serviced, though, there was too much dust inside.
