The room was fine, and checking in was easy, but the host didn't respond when I had trouble with the TV. It wasn't working for me from check-in through checkout. Parking was difficult too: we had to pay through an app to leave the car on the roadside, and it was still hard to find a space. Since we sometimes had to park where the car wasn't visible from the room, I felt uneasy about how safe it was.

The room was comfortable, clean and roomy, and shops were nearby, especially Pasar Payang. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

We found accommodation choices in Terengganu limited, at least from my point of view, but Alvilla turned out to be a good find. It's right on the main street, with shops, banks and restaurants close by. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the easy-going owner dealt with issues responsibly.

Such a lovely room for a staycation with friends or family 😍 Clean, spacious and nicely minimalist. I liked it so much.

We were pleasantly surprised by this two-bedroom apartment, and the host had thoughtfully switched on the living area air-conditioning before we arrived. The check-in was seamless. The place has a lovely sea view and is set up with a nice living area, a small fridge and microwave in the kitchen. One bedroom has two king-sized beds, and the other has one, so six adults can stay comfortably. The bathrooms have water heaters and good water pressure. We'd return on our next Kuala Terengganu trip.
