The place itself was nice, and it’s handy for UMT, IPG KDRI, and the well-known Pok Nong. Finding it can be tricky, though, since it’s tucked away and Google Maps and Waze mark it in the wrong spot, so you have to trust your sense of where it is. We booked through Agoda but weren’t told how to check in. There was no reception or anyone waiting when we got there, and Agoda didn’t show a phone number, so we weren’t sure who to call. This is more of a homestay than a hotel: you have to find their number on Facebook and contact the owner to arrange entry. That’s quite a hassle, particularly for an older person. The booking site description should explain in advance that there’s no reception and that guests need to contact the owner before arrival.

We stayed in cottage #1, with its own pool. The suite was new, clean, and roomy, and the pool was nice; there’s also a BBQ pit to use. It’s a private place to get away, with self check-in and no front desk. If you plan to cook, bring your own ingredients, and pack a towel, mosquito repellent, and hair dryer too.

There’s no sign at the entrance, so the place can be a little hard to find. Once there, the room was clean, parking could accommodate large guests, and lots of tourist attractions were nearby.

Good fit for a family of four to six, with enough parking spaces. The homestay was very clean, so I’d recommend it.
