The owner was helpful, and the unit had a lovely sea view. It was clean and comfortable, with the mall, beach, hospital, restaurants, grocery shop and 24 HR mart all within walking distance.

There are lots of houses and homestays here. It’s suitable for newly married couples, students or small families. The views are nice both day and night, and you’re right in the middle of the city with plenty of attractive places around. You can experience both modern and natural surroundings. The environment is clean, neat and tidy, with kind, good security service 😉.

The location is really strategic, though I found the security guard a bit irritating 😅.

There are too many homestays in the building.
