Pantai Batu Burok is only a short walk away, and there are plenty of local places to eat nearby. Parking is convenient and easy to access. My room was reasonably clean and spacious, though some furniture and fittings looked old. The facilities are basic but acceptable for the price, and the place feels more like budget accommodation than a modern beach resort. The beach is pleasant for walking and relaxing, but swimming may not be ideal because of the waves and the cleanliness, which can vary by day. There is no pool, so there isn't much to do at the resort itself. Intan Beach Resort is affordable and suits a short, simple trip if you mainly want a comfortable place to rest near the beach and food. Those wanting luxury or a very clean swimming beach may want to look at higher-end options.

A decent, clean basic stay for the price, right in front of the beach. The rooms were clean, the service was decent, and the air conditioning was nice. It's not a high-end resort.

The price was reasonable, and the location was easy to get to, with the beach and places to eat close by. Staff were extraordinary: they called to confirm my booking and accommodated my request for a lower floor. I appreciated their empathy and good service.

The reception staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable if you like a firm mattress and pillows. Most things were provided in the room, including an ironing board, though there was no coffee or tea. It's just a few steps from a nice park with outdoor gym equipment, running paths, and the beach. We had a great two-night stay.

The location by the beach is nice, but the service was lacking and didn't feel professional. The hotel key broke before we entered the room, through no fault of ours, yet they demanded payment from our deposit even though the key and its maintenance were their responsibility. Staff also knocked on our door late at night and disturbed my family while we were asleep. I'm not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this resort to friends or relatives.
