The one thing that worked well was the air conditioning. The TV didn't work, and the shared bathroom offered no privacy. I was put on the third floor, which was very hard with my leg problem. I'd called beforehand to ask for a lower floor, but nobody answered.

I left about two hours after checking in and lost RM58, with no refund. I had booked through OYO because it looked okay there and the price was cheap, but the room didn't match what was shown. It wasn't very smelly, but it was dirty, and the toilet didn't work at all. The lobby staff member was rude when I reported it and said all the rooms were the same. They wouldn't fix anything. The city centre location is strategic, but that's the only good part. The rooms and service were terrible. I'd seen the bad one-star reviews before booking and thought they might be spam, but they weren't. OYO should take action against this hotel. Don't book it if you're visiting KUALA TERENGGANU!

The room was very poor, and the staff weren't professional. The location was good.

Pretty much the worst hotel. The heater didn't work, water pressure was slow, and the floor was dirty. They wouldn't change my room, and the towel was cheap. Don't expect much.

The bed bent easily and wasn't comfortable. The walls were moldy, the windows unclean, and the staff were rude.
