The room has basic amenities, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The location is good, though parking can be difficult and there are no windows. For the price, it’s still worthwhile. The staff were friendly and honest, too. I left my AirPod in the room after it fell from my pocket, and the housekeeper found it while cleaning. Hotel staff called to let me know. I’d thought I’d left it at home or in my car, so I wouldn’t have known otherwise.

The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, and there’s no parking. The water heater tap was broken, and I had to wait around 20 minutes for the water to get hot. Worst hotel experience of my life.

If you need a room with a window, make that clear when booking, since online bookings seem to often get assigned windowless rooms. I have a psychiatric condition and can’t stay in a room without natural light. Luckily, they agreed to change my room after a brief argument.

It was quite big, with a king-size bed, and we were happy with it. There was no window, but after driving all day from Klang, we just needed a place to rest.
