The location was the only good thing about this hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff member was rude, unfriendly, cynical, and unwelcoming. We had already paid, yet he seemed to treat us like an unwanted burden for coming to get our room. The room was run-down and somewhat dirty, especially the toilet mat. There were cockroaches under the bed, so we bought Shieldtox spray to get rid of them. We could put up with the room's condition and the cockroaches, but the staff member's behavior was what turned us off. Unacceptable. This was our first and last stay here.

I paid RM65 for a deluxe room, but there wasn't a towel or bath kit. The toilet was very dirty and smelly, and it leaked. It looked like it might not have been washed for a year. The pillow and mattress were awful!

We stayed five days in a family room. The upstairs had no internet, the air conditioner and remote were very old, and the bathroom water flow was poor. Still, this was the cheapest guesthouse we found on Agoda, so it was good for the price.

The staff were friendly, and there are restaurants within walking distance. The price is affordable for a budget hotel, though water dripped from the air conditioner onto our bed.

It didn't feel "TENANG" at all. The room was small, with a dirty bedsheet and an ugly pillow. The toilet smelled, there were cockroaches and spiderwebs everywhere, and the air conditioner had problems.
