The standard double room is very small and has no window, which I hadn’t realized. The staff kindly upgraded us for free to a slightly larger room with a window, and I really appreciated that. Even in the bigger room, it could feel stuffy if you spent many hours there during the day. We were out all day, but a couple of hours before bed, with our luggage and other things on the floor, it was already a little uncomfortable. With just small bags or as a solo traveler, it would be perfect. Otherwise, choose a larger room. The room was clean and had almost everything we needed except shampoo. There was an iron and water dispenser on the same floor, level 2. Netflix and snacks were available to buy, starting at rm5. Free use of the 7.5kg washing machine and dryer was available, and detergent cost rm2, which was fine. It’s near Watson, Mydin, coffee shops like kenangan, zus and bask bear, plus eateries. Staff were helpful with attraction recommendations and the service was impeccable.

The location is strategic, close to the city centre, with a shopping mall opposite and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and fine for a vacation, and the washroom was clean. For a business trip, though, it isn’t suitable since there’s no table or chair in the room.

The location made it easy to get around, and the staff were super friendly. Everything was clean, and the room was really comfy. After a long trip, the bed was exactly what I needed. I loved my stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel is in an area with lots of shops, which made daily errands convenient. The room was very clean and had a comfortable mattress, and both reception and cleaning service were good. Thanks for the free upgrade and laundry bag for our long staycation.

It’s a budget hotel for the price. There’s open parking, but space is limited and there’s no private parking. You have to pay using a machine or an app.
