I just checked out after a very bad stay. The bathroom was filthy: the toilet looked like it hadn’t been washed, and the floor was slimy with moss and worm-like things, as if it hadn’t been scrubbed. The glass had dirt marks, the TV didn’t work, and a room for three came with soap and shampoo for only one person. An Indian man complained about the same thing too.

The staff were rude and unprofessional when dealing with a multiple booking issue. They told the customer to sort it out alone, without thanking them or apologizing for the inconvenience they caused. It wasn’t even worth one star. Management should give staff customer service training on how to treat guests, or the hotel will shut down soon.

I stayed here for about two weeks. The room was fairly cozy, and the bed and the rest were good, but the furniture didn’t function properly. The view from the room was really disappointing.

The room itself was fine, but I couldn’t sleep well because the door wouldn’t lock and could easily be opened from outside. I felt very unsafe. The AC remote wasn’t working either, and the service staff didn’t come up with a solution. Honestly, I was so disappointed.
