A pretty good deal if you're planning to spend time at the beach. Teluk Chempedak is within walking distance. The guest house has a pool, parking right out front, and parking is free.

The bathroom was very clean, and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants or Teluk Cempedak beach. There was an unpleasant smell in both the hallway and our room, so we had to use some air freshener.

Pantai Teluk Cempedak is a great beach spot, just a two-minute walk away. The room was spacious and good, and while the pool is small, it's enough for kids to play in.

The beach is really close, and there are nice places for guests to sit and watch their kids in the pool. Parking is good too.

They gave us a different room from the one we booked and asked us to pay extra when we arrived. The staff were kind of rude. I think they have good ratings on Agoda and booking because they refund guests who aren't happy with their rooms, so those guests can't leave bad ratings. Biggest SCAM of all time.
