I was glad a room was available, but the stay had several problems. The location felt kind of creepy, and the air conditioner took almost two hours to cool the room. Cleanliness was poor: there was rubbish in a drawer, and it seemed the room hadn't been serviced after the previous guest. There was also something stained on the wall.

The room photos on Google or Agoda didn't match what I found at all. There was mold on the wall, stained sheets and a ripped blanket. Even on a budget, this falls short of basic hygiene. Please improve the place.

The room was really dirty, the ceiling leaked, and the walls were even worse. It didn't look like the pictures, and there were hardly any items in the room: no coffee sachet, drinking cup, water, iron or ironing board. The price doesn't fit the state of the room. Customer service was very impolite and made us feel as if we'd never stayed in a hotel. Housekeeping wouldn't clean unless we asked, and when we asked for a refund, they said the policy wouldn't allow it. What kind of policy is that? It was far too much for such an uncomfortable stay.

They cancelled my booking on the day I was due to arrive, late at night when it was already close to midnight. The explanation was that the online booking price was below their market price and the boss didn't want to take a loss. I was left broke and helpless, trying to find another hotel at midnight. They showed no consideration for guests' time. It really wasn't worth it. Book somewhere that respects your time.

My flight was at 10:40 and I got in around 11pm, only to find that the owner had cancelled my booking that same day. The receptionist said it was because Agoda had given me a very cheap price and the owner didn't want to rugi. I had to call every other hotel I could to find somewhere to stay. If they were going to cancel, why not do it weeks before I arrived? Owner mmg sengaja? You're lucky I didn't viral you guys. Hope you guys rugi more for putting me through that horrible experience 🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱
