Dust and grime seem to be everywhere at Imperial Suite – Luco Management, and cleaning feels more like an idea than something that happens. The room felt damp, the bed was dirty enough to make my skin itch, and insects and plaster bagworm were on the walls. At 12:20 AM, while I was asleep, a female-voiced Luco agent called to ask what time I’d check out the next day. There was no apology. In the morning, I tried to collect the RM200 deposit, but no staff were around, and I couldn’t get it back. Management was outstandingly poor, professionalism was seriously lacking, and the hygiene standards were awful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you enjoy suffering.

We arrived with a young child who needed a rest, but were left waiting for about an hour despite our booking listing check-in at 3:45pm. The staff didn't seem understanding, and their manner felt unfriendly. Being a busy season doesn't excuse that kind of service.

We had a good stay as a family. The place was roomy, well located, and the staff gave great service. I'd definitely recommend it.

It’s a nice place, but I don’t get why you have to pay to use the washing machine.

The sheets had stains and some holes, and there was lots of mold on the BALCONY. The rules made no sense either.
