The rooms were nice and clean, the elevators worked, and it was fairly quick to get to the room. There are gyms nearby, and though it's about 2 kilos from the city center, there are other interesting spots, alleyways, and streets to explore around there. The riverwalk doesn't connect, but the building has its own riverside promenade. There's not much else to do on the property apart from the pool. It's a lovely blue pool overlooking the river, but the hours are so limited that I'd take a couple of stars off until building management improves them. Owners and managers should respond to building management about extending the hours. I'd recommend the place.

The pool looks like one of the best around, but there's little point if you can't get in. It is open only three hours on Tuesday and Friday, from 2pm to 5pm, and eight hours on Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 5pm. It's closed on Sunday. The reason given is that maintenance can supposedly only be done during operating hours. If you're on a business trip or visiting the city, when are you meant to use it? No wonder nobody lives in this condo and it's used primarily for Airbnb, since residents couldn't live with a facility like that. If you're booking Airbnb etc, beware. It literally looks like a scam.

The condo is well maintained, but the retail spaces on the ground floor are all vacant. The gym is almost nonexistent, and the surrounding area feels very dead at night.
