I was a little let down by the upkeep and the general atmosphere of the place.

It feels like a flat being passed off as a condominium. The developer should really inspect this place and see whether it meets any kind of standard. The basement car park smells like poop, probably because of stray cats, and my car always ends up with cat paw marks on it. There's just one main entrance on a two-way road, so when the bin truck comes for waste collection it blocks one lane and disrupts traffic. The rubbish collection is something else too. They gather the bin bags floor by floor and put them in the lift residents use every day. The smell left behind in the lift is magnificent. The lift is more unstable than my emotions. I'd never experienced one breaking down until I moved here. My mother has had to walk up 14 floors because of lift problems, more than once. Facilities maintenance is close to zero. I wonder what the monthly maintenance fee pays for. The gym is dark and run down, and equipment has gone from complete to incomplete. The compound still smells of sweat. The toilet is always wet, some faucets don't work, and there's no toilet paper. You can open the mailbox with your fingernail, no proper key needed. That's what I've encountered so far. I'll add more so nobody else has to go through this. Thanks for nothing, management.
