The owner is kind, down to earth, and friendly. I stayed four nights, paying a reasonable RM 40 per night for one room, and was allowed to switch rooms. Recommended if you're after an inexpensive place to stay and sleep.

I had trouble from the first night. The lamp kept switching on and off by itself, the fan did the same, and the bathroom lamp was broken. There were cockroaches too. WiFi went off at midnight, and the socket didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone. The price was expensive for such poor service. Be aware before renting. I moved out on the second day.

The place is rundown and unclean, and my room kept having all kinds of problems during the two months.

Good value for the money, especially for an overnight stay. It's a nice place.

The manager is poor and doesn't respect customers.
