The view was nice, parking superb, and the staff service was good. The room rate felt a bit 🥹, but the room was very comfortable and clean. The washroom was clean too, and it was a very comfortable place to stay.

The service was bad. We checked in for 2 pax but were given just 1 towel, and they wanted an extra RM 5 for another one. The towel looked like it was from james brooke time. There was a blackout during the day, and when I asked about it, the staff member just said she didn’t know. No apology, nothing. I’d recommend staying away.

For a room with a high charge, there was only 1 towel for 2 people and a mini saiz mineral water. They charge extra for a towel, and late checkout costs rm40 per hour. The room was clean and tidy, but the staff had a very rude attitude at checkout. It wasn’t worth 4 star quality, nothing like a 4 star hotel should be. This was my first stay, and I’m very unsatisfied. Management, please improve your service.

They gave us just one towel for two guests, and several amenities and facilities were missing. The receptionist was rude, too. I was told some excuse would be made to keep the deposit, and they won't give the money back. A total scam. Do not check in here!
