The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made the night especially nice. Nick, Stevenie, and Natsha were attentive and professional, and made sure everything was just right. They’re among the best staff we’ve come across. We had an incredible experience and will definitely be back.

We were seated by the glass and got to enjoy an even more beautiful sunset during Ramadan. The Sungkai at Dorsett in 2026 was RM128/ person, and there was much more choice than last year. The finished plates and glasses were cleared quickly. One suggestion: could you serve authentic Chinese tea? It might help us eat more without feeling full so fast. Please make it hot and provide ice as well. TQ

At Dorsett Grand Labuan, I really enjoyed the dessert, especially the handmade chocolate cake. I can’t quite remember its exact name, but it was rich, soft, and really satisfying. Jackson from the F&B staff recommended it, and he was very friendly and attentive. His service added to a lovely experience, and I’d definitely come back.

There was a good range of local and international food at the Ramadan buffet at Dorsett Grand Labuan. The kambing golek and traditional kuih stood out, and everything tasted fresh and good. It was a comfortable setting for family iftar, with friendly staff and efficient service. Worth the price, and recommended for Ramadhan dining.

The check-in and check-out were excellent, and the hotel is suitable and well located. But a month after my stay, my credit card was charged for an extra night without explanation or any prior communication. It’s been extremely difficult to sort out. The email address the hotel provided hasn’t replied. For a hotel welcoming guests from all over the world, an ineffective email customer service channel is a serious problem.
