The villa looks out over a paddy field, especially lovely at sunrise, and there was lots of parking. The pool was decent, the staff were friendly, and I got fond of the cute grey house cat I named Asap. It was also peaceful despite being close to Cenang Beach’s main street. We were glad not to be right in the middle of the New Year crowds and noise. For what we paid, I was very pleased with our stay. The difficult part was having the electricity and water cut out suddenly twice on two different hot afternoons. Once, I was halfway through shampooing, so I finished washing my hair with bottled water. I understand there was a technical fault, but staff could have kept guests informed, explained what was happening, and given an estimate instead of waiting for us to come to the office and ask. Otherwise, I had a very nice time and will definitely come back.

My kids had the pool to themselves and really enjoyed it. There was also a nice morning sun view at the back, as shown in the photo. We had an enjoyable three-night stay. The hotel is affordable, about six minutes by car from Chenang and ten from the airport. Self-service laundry is three minutes away. The air conditioning in my room was a bit warm, but the other amenities were OK. For that price, I wasn't expecting much.

The villa is beautiful and the pool was clean and good. The room was good too, and the location is close to cenang beach. It was worth the price. My one complaint is that there’s no kitchen inside the villa, though you can get cutlery if you want to prepare something using the kettle.

The pool was great, though it needs cleaning, and the staff were friendly. The location is about 20 minutes from Cenang Mall. The rooms could be cleaner: the mirror, bidet, and sink weren’t very clean, and there was dust and cobwebs on the bedside light. There’s room for improvement.

For a brand-new hotel, this place has a lot of potential and is great value for money. My only complaint is that the rooms should be properly cleaned by professional cleaners before guests are handed the keys.
