It's noisy, and the service was terrible. The reception staff and housekeepers were ill-mannered and had bad attitudes. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Don't stay here.

I've never had such a bad check-in. The receptionist couldn't find my booking and seemed a bit lost, so it took more than half an hour to get checked in. There's no elevator, but that was fine for me.

The downtown spot is superb for duty-free shopping, with plenty of food places nearby and the night market right next door. The rate was reasonable, and the room was clean, small but tolerable. It had centralized hot water with good pressure and working WiFi, though the connection was slow from time to time. The room was on the first floor and there's no lift. No refrigerator or tea-making setup in the room, but hot water machines are in the lobby, and there's a mug in the room. Don't take a room above the restaurant downstairs!

A bad stay, and I won't come back. The air conditioning only blew warm air, as if it hadn't been serviced for a long time. The bedsheets smelled, and I couldn't sleep well because of it. It was a terrible, noisy place.

A cosy, clean room in a nice hotel in town. Eateries, cafes, and convenience stores are just around the corner, so it's a handy base.
