Everything around Limbang is within walking distance, and the hotel sits right in the center of Limbang Town, connected to Limbang Plaza shopping complex. It’s quiet, spacious, and comfortable, an old hotel with a modern feel. The simple coffee house is on the first floor. A good three-star place to stay.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights (29/12/2025 - 31/12/2025). Our level 6 room was very spacious, with a breathtaking view, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The fridge, telephone, AC, and TV all worked fine. An iron and hair dryer in every room would be helpful. Luckily, the iron was just outside our room, while we had to request a hair dryer. Breakfast could have had more variety, but apart from that everything was good and we really enjoyed the stay.

The location is perfect. The rooms look old and a bit run down, but they’re still fairly decent. The air conditioning worked really well, and the shower had both hot and cold water.

The bathtub was broken. The smart key card system was confusing for customers, since it requires a split card and there aren’t clear instructions for using it.

The lobby wasn’t tidy or clean, and the bathroom condition was unpleasant. Each person only gets one pillow. Breakfast was very poor, and the washroom in front of the Cafe smelled terrible. For such a big hotel, it really needs stronger leadership or management.
