Clean rooms in a handy location, and the staff were friendly. It's a good budget hotel, and I'd happily stay again.

For a budget price, the stay was acceptable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, though the hotel itself has no restaurant or breakfast. You can borrow bicycles, and they'll lend you a good adapter for the outlets. The bed and linen were good, but I had to ask for better towels. The air conditioning worked alright. The bathroom is small, and everything gets wet when you shower. The room itself felt too small, with no safe box and very little closet space. Hallways were gloomy and need paint. Staff were very friendly, but there's no porter to take luggage upstairs and no elevator.

I stayed in G02 today and found the place clean, with good air conditioning and a good water heater. The price is reasonable, and the counter lady provided very good service. Booking was easy with just a phone call. I'd like to stay here again on a future trip to Melaka. I wish I could stay longer, but many shops and tourist attractions are closed because of covid-19.

Our room on level two was clean and nice, and the service was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The window faced the main road, so there was quite a bit of noise. Still, it's a good place to stay in Melaka, within walking distance of the river, main attractions, and the local Peranakan cuisine restaurant Manis J. :)
