For the price, this is good value, with a spacious, clean room compared with other hotels in the same range. I found it quiet, though the place might feel a bit creepy at night. There's plenty of free parking, but it isn't hotel parking, so I guess the city council (MBMB) may charge a small fee. A Coway water dispenser is at reception, though the lights are off when the desk is closed. I called the local hotel line on check-in day to confirm my booking, and the staff member was polite. The reception closes after 7PM and stays closed until morning. I arrived around 6.45PM and already found nobody there, but a notice on the door said to contact someone for the room key, and I managed to check in. There's no lift, so I carried my luggage up two floors. No hairdryer either, and with reception closed I gave up asking for help. It looks as if the hotel has changed its name and is now managed by someone else. I'm guessing that's why reception is short staffed. I might come back because of the value. Sorry about the messy room in the picture, I took it only at checkout.
