A pleasant stay for the price. The room and toilet were clean, the air conditioning was cold, and the water heater worked well with strong water pressure. There was also reserved guest parking in front of the hotel.

It’s a budget hotel, but I felt it was worth the money for a Malacca vacation. The furniture and bed were all well maintained. Most importantly, it’s in the heart of Malacca city, so many places are within walking distance.

Before we’d even checked out, our things had been put outside and the mattress in the room had been changed. We arrived before noon to check out and found everything already moved. The service was bad and the attitude wasn’t good. I paid for the room, but the mattress was wet because the room was damp. I don’t recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and seems suitable if you’re looking for a budget stay, but we had a disappointing problem when the water suddenly stopped while my family and I were showering. It took the plumber a long time to fix it. Also, this hotel isn’t suitable for anyone in your family who uses a wheelchair, since there’s no lift.
