We spent RM 110 for two rooms for a single stay, and I know this is a budget hotel, but the condition was unacceptable. Both rooms were filthy when we checked in, with cobwebs and insects, stained sheets and blankets, dirty towels, and hair all over the floor. The toilet was the worst: the bowl had urine stains, the basin was clogged with hair, there was a red worm crawling around, and a hanger rack had fallen onto the floor. We asked the only staff member to clean while we went to dinner. Four hours later, we came back and nothing had changed. Early in the morning he was refilling something and forgot to turn off the water pipe near our room, so water got inside and flooded it. Then, before checkout, there was nobody at reception to complain to. We waited almost 40 minutes, gave up, and left the key on the reception table.

The heater was broken, water was leaking, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Really bad. Clean the rooms properly and put more effort into customer service. I wouldn’t recommend going here. 👎

The family suite has connecting rooms, but it felt cramped. There was only about 15" of space for changing clothes, and the only mirror was in the washroom. Moving around wasn’t comfortable. It might be okay for one person, but I wouldn’t recommend it for two or more.

Even for a couple, the standard double room is much too small. The bedroom is only a little larger than the queen bed, so I wouldn’t suggest it for a family. The air conditioner went off overnight and stayed off until morning. Maybe a maintenance guy switched it off at the electrical box. Not comfortable at all.
