The room didn't look like the photos, and it was unhygienic. The pillow was yellowish, and there were cobwebs, dust, and mosquitoes. On rainy days, water dripped from the ceiling, making it hard to sleep. The receptionist was rude and seemed greedy, asking us to pay twice the price of the online booking before letting us into the room. I also asked about the Wi-Fi, but they kept ignoring the issue and serving other customers. I strongly don't recommend staying here.

My single room was okay, though the toilet was small. The water pressure was great, the heater worked well, and the air conditioning made it feel like winter. There was also a qiblat direction marker for Muslim guests, but my room had no TV. Finding the hotel was difficult at first because Google Maps sent me to the wrong place. A staff member at ND hotel helped me locate it. Then I was charged rm2.00 for Mlka tourism tax and about rm6 for OYO service. I don't understand why OYO charged that when I'd already paid through Agoda.

The room was unhygienic and poor quality, and what I got didn't match the advertised photos. They also added charges without explaining them. The receptionists seemed unprofessional and irresponsible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The receptionist was quite nice, but I wouldn't encourage travelers to stay here. They asked for extra fees even though I was told all charges were included. There are many better places nearby for only about 10% more per night.

The customer service was rude and a bit racist, and there were hidden charges. He said, "we dont follow oyo price". Very disappointed. Don't come here, you'll regret it.
