The area is convenient, with a small medan selera and nasi biryani restaurant beside the hotel block. There’s a Speedmart and 7E within walking distance, plus a laundry shop and clinic. It’s quite near Malacca Town and other tourist spots. I stayed last week with my boys. The place was clean and nice from the front desk through to the room, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. For us it was 90% perfect, and I’d recommend it and come back. A few things could be better. The TV kept lagging and freezing, like watching a scratched CD, so the electrical maintenance needs attention. At 2 or 3 AM, traffic and speeding motorcycles could be heard, as well as footsteps and cleaners working. Soundproofing would help. A mini fridge would also be useful for a cold drink in the middle of the night, instead of having to go out and buy one.

Really liked this hotel. The rooms are large and clean, there’s space for prayer, and the owner is very kind. Good value for money, very much recommended. 👍👍👍

The owner or receptionist helped us out when we arrived around 10 pm and found the hotel fully booked. Our instant booking through booking.com had gone through, but there was no room available to replace it, perhaps because of a system glitch. They kindly gave us a spare room for the night. It was in good condition, except the toilet was outside the room. We cancelled through booking.com and got our payment refunded. We really appreciated the hospitality.

Check-in was easy, and they let us park our bicycles along the lobby walkway, which was very bicycle-friendly. The hotel is new and so clean, and I really enjoyed the good water pressure in the shower.

The surroundings felt very secure, and the price was really reasonable for the quality. The decoration, view, cleanliness, and hospitality all impressed me. My first impression was that the owner and staff seemed used to working in a 5-star hotel. Keep it up, guys.
