We had a nice stay in this spacious three-storey house, which worked well for our bigger group. It has lots of amenities, and the gates open automatically. One of the AC units wasn't working. It's also near a few restaurants and a clinic.

We booked an apartment for a long weekend in Atlantis residences Block C. It had three rooms, one shared bathroom, and an attached bathroom in the master bedroom. Each room had a nice sea view, and the living area was huge. Parking was available for guests, and there was a nice swimming pool, though you need to book a session to use it. The apartment could easily fit eight people.
The house worked well for our 10 adults and 3 young kids, with enough rooms and a decent price for such a big group. We stayed one night in the three-storey place, and the usual signs of wear in a homestay weren’t much of a concern to us. Cleanliness was what mattered. The trouble came with the RM200 damage deposit. My friend, who made the booking, only learned at check-in that it had to be transferred to the bank. She was told it would come back at checkout, but then was told it would take three days after an inspection. They wouldn’t inspect it while we were there. On the drive back to KL, she got a message claiming a table drawer was damaged. After some back and forth, she got the money back two days later, but the whole thing put a damper on the trip. We’ll remember to photograph any dirt or defects as soon as we arrive and tell the host or management right away.
We couldn’t bring ourselves to spend even one night in The Atlantis by The Bliss. The apartment we were assigned was poorly looked after and managed, and nowhere near what Agoda’s listing led us to expect. For the money, it felt overrated and completely disappointing. There’s a lot that needs improving.
Apart from allowing pets, I can’t think of a good point. The place was only so-so for cleanliness, and there was no toilet paper or tissue. They said they’d bring some, but never did. When we went to the office, we were told they were out of toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. There weren’t enough tables or chairs either, and both the air conditioner and fridge were working poorly. The service was a real letdown.
