The room was okay, but the laundry wasn't clean after they washed it.

We had no baby cot or high chair, and the first stay here was a really bad experience. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it. We booked two rooms for three days and two nights, one upstairs and one downstairs. We expected a proper breakfast together, or at least a buffet. Instead, food for both rooms was served outside, and honestly there was only enough for one room of three people. The eight of us had to ration it. They used plastic plates and cutlery both days, and the whole setup felt unorganized and unprepared. The rooms and beds were large and nice, and I liked the spacious bathroom and bathtub. But the bed was too high, with tiny steps, and really unsafe for small children. My toddler fell off twice. There were lots of ants on the bed when we arrived, and we had to deal with them ourselves because nobody was available to contact then. Our room had no towels, hair dryer, shower gel, or shampoo. There was no phone in the room to call anyone. We only got hand soap, and it smelled unpleasant. There was just one mirror, in the bathroom.

A fantastic place, definitely worth seeing and staying at.

The atmosphere was serene, and the kids enjoyed the pool and the area around it. The shower glass door could be cleaner, and the wifi connection was poor. Apart from those issues, it was superb.
