The house is good, and I was happy staying there, but the free facilities are another matter. I’ve been three times, and the security guards keep changing. I’m Muslim, so I wear loose clothing for swimming, not tight clothes, but the guards keep telling me I can’t wear that kind of outfit. The management and foreign security staff are really bad. If you want the house or Airbnb, it’s good, but forget the pool or gym.

Some parts of the building are mouldy and dirty. Even my kampung isn’t this bad, and at least Rebam Ayam has air conditioning. I booked a three-day homestay here, and while some security staff were well trained and had a good attitude, others didn’t show basic courtesy or help at all. It was awful that I couldn’t even park my car overnight. Using the lift is frustrating because I have to tap my pass to select level 1 and below. The room was worse, with cockroaches and dirty clothes left in the washing machine. Good luck to anyone who bought an apartment here, and safe travels 🫡🐓🐣🍗

The facilities include a sauna, steam bath, gym, swimming pool, playground, and barbecue area. A shopping centre and cinema are supposed to open soon.

There’s plenty around here: a Lotus, public and private hospitals, a university, an international school, and a recreation park. It’s also close to the highway. The place has two gyms, two pools, two saunas, a steam bath, BBQ area, two playgrounds, and a garden to hang out in 😊
