Food options are plentiful within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious.

The access card didn’t work properly, and the stay was very disappointing and frustrating. We’d booked one room for four adults three weeks in advance, but it was changed to two small rooms without telling us beforehand.

The night staff member who checked me in was so nice and friendly, could be considered for a promotion! My room was spacious and the air conditioning was cool, though the water pressure needs improvement. There’s no breakfast, but a few restaurants are nearby. It’s a great stop if you’re heading to the Pasir Gudang jetty, which is less than 20 minutes away.

I checked in after midnight, tired from a long trip, and ended up going back and forth three times to get the room I’d booked. The whole experience was frustrating and far below expectations. I expected the room to be ready, since there had been plenty of time to prepare it. First, the staff assigned me a room on Level 1, but its door was already open and someone was inside. That was unacceptable and a serious security issue. They gave me another room, but it didn’t have the bathtub I’d specifically booked. I went downstairs to report it, and the staff insisted there was a bathtub. I had to go back up, take a photo as proof, and show it to them downstairs before they admitted the mistake. They said the room used to have a bathtub. That’s not my problem. The room should have been ready and matched my booking from the start.
