Parking is limited, though you can ask the counter for an iron. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities and hot water. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. They also require a RM50 deposit.

I got in very early and asked about checking in at 6 am. The receptionist really took the time to help me with what I needed. Big hotels don't even try that hard. Thanks, and kudos to the staff!

The rooms were good and the Wi-Fi worked well, but the car park was so cramped, with cars parked very close together, that I damaged my own car. I wouldn't recommend parking there. The water boiler was broken too.

The towels looked clean and new, and the bedsheets smelled fresh. My room was okay and all the amenities worked, though I found it a bit dim. A brighter bedside lamp would have helped. Staff were polite and helpful, and there's laundry and plenty of food nearby. A good option for budget-conscious travelers.

I had a good stay at a good price, and the room was comfortable with lots of amenities. There are power sockets on both sides of the bed. Parking is limited, so ask reception where to leave your car, usually beside the hotel building. There's no rooftop pool. I don't have much else to complain about.
