Dream Luxury Hotel

The bed and staff were okay, which is why I'm giving two stars. The lobby looked fine, but the room was dirty, as you can see in the pictures. We didn't expect luxury at this price, but a clean room isn't a luxury. The hotel needs serious maintenance. I've seen other guests describe similar problems, and management has replied over the past couple of years saying they'd fix them. It seems they don't really care. A facelift shouldn't be that difficult. Hopefully they'll realize this, or the hotel will probably go out of business, since people read reviews before booking. The pictures looked good, too.

The room was spacious, the spa bath worked well, and all the amenities I needed were provided. The only downside was the hotel's position in the middle of a row of shop houses, with very limited roadside parking nearby.

It's okay overall, but guest parking is limited. The other open car parks charge a fee, and you could get a saman if you don't pay.

I couldn't wait to check out and won't stay here again. For RM400-500, the room is very small and really not worth the average price. The hotel entrance looks nothing like a hotel, and it's ugly, smelly and dirty. The towels were torn and filthy, looking like they'd been used for over 10 years. The air conditioning took forever to cool the room. They provide just one card for the floor, room and electricity, so the power goes off whenever you leave. We asked for an extra card, but the receptionist kept saying it belonged to another uncle. You can hear people talking and walking outside, along with random knocking late at night. We paid for two nights and asked for a refund for one, but they kept blaming Agoda. I could understand that if I'd paid Agoda, but the money went into their account, so what's the problem?
