I’m in Muar regularly for work and have kept coming back to this hotel since last year. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the receptionist is always friendly and really helpful. Shops are an easy walk away, too. If I’m staying in Muar, this is where I’ll stay. Highly recommended.

There are lots of food choices nearby, and the location is really convenient. We stayed in a windowless room because it was a busy weekend, but it was still clean and surprisingly spacious, from the bed to the toilet and shower. The staff are friendly, and it was nice seeing the cute cats they look after outside. A good basic place for a solo traveler or couple for a night or two.

The Level 6 hall felt cosy and welcoming, with comfortable air conditioning, nice ambient lighting, clear sound, and excellent cleanliness. Our farewell party was memorable, and the staff, especially Kak Dila, were attentive and supportive in coordinating everything to match our requests. The service was excellent. I’d recommend it for farewell events or other special gatherings.

One thing I noticed was that the walls are transparent. Otherwise, the room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The bed was comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the spotless bathroom had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. Fast Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind. I had a very pleasant stay and would come back and recommend the hotel.

It feels more like a motel, and I wouldn’t call it a 3-star hotel. The room is very basic: an open wardrobe, TV, towels, heater, two cups, and a desk mirror. There’s no fridge or phone, and ironing means going outside to the end of the corridor. You get what you pay for, I guess. The bedsheet had stains, and there was even a cockroach, though otherwise the room was clean, dust-free, the toilet didn’t smell, and the water pressure was strong. Parking is on the roadside and paid through an app. The location is okay, with a restaurant serving salai dishes right next door.
