The location is convenient, but it was loud all night and I couldn’t sleep. Noise came from the hallway, the next room’s switches, a loud fan and traffic, even with the windows shut. There’s also no parking out front at night if you drive. The room is basic and looked better in the photos. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste, and you have to buy your own shampoo. The bathroom slippers and cabinets looked mouldy, and the pillows and bedding were old. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was told my RM50 deposit would be refunded within 30 days or less. The basin only had cold water, and the room was narrow with no small side table for a cup or anything. I stayed one night yesterday, but the bed and blanket smelled bad and were dirty. It was too cold at night to sleep without a clean blanket. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Moon Hotel was in a great spot, close to major attractions, restaurants and public transport. My room was spacious, clean and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. I was impressed with the service and amenities, and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’d gladly stay again.

The room itself was clean, but the bathroom wasn’t. Shower water came out very slowly too.
