We weren't told our room had no window and hardly any floor space. It wasn't a pleasant stay. There was hair from previous guests on the room, bedding, and towels, so they clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. No toilet paper when we arrived either. We also suspected bed bugs, since we woke up with bites in clusters and lines.

Mr Howard was very helpful and friendly, with excellent service and quick replies on WhatsApp. Getting the key was easy since he sent the details through WhatsApp. I’d definitely book his hotel again if I return to Pulau Pangkor.

The stay was good apart from two things: there was no balcony, and the air conditioning was preset with no remote, so we couldn't adjust it when we felt too hot or too cold.

The guesthouse was clean and in good condition. The owner was friendly and suggested lots of attractions at Pulau Pangkor. I'll come back next time!

A clean, comfortable room, and the owner was hospitable.
