I paid RM98 through Agoda on 4/11/2025 for three people and three beds. When we arrived, they gave us two beds, then asked for another RM40 to get a third bed for three adults. I felt cheated and disappointed. The hotel management said they don’t allow bookings for three beds through Agoda. Remember, guys, don’t book for three people through any apps. The apps mislead customers, and the hotel takes advantage of that loophole. By the time you arrive, you can’t get your money refunded. What a disgusting experience.

I stayed Wednesday night and was very disappointed. The room was extremely dusty, and there weren’t basic items like toothpaste or soap. The bed and comforter were so dusty they made me itchy. The bathroom light made a loud noise and its switch was broken. The charging socket was far from the bed, which was inconvenient. Definitely not worth staying unless they improve things.

The Agoda photos are very different from the actual hotel. There was an unpleasant smell as soon as I entered the room. The room was in poor shape, with peeling paint, dampness and a dirty ceiling. The TV and bedside lamp didn’t work, and the door lock didn’t feel secure. Passing vehicles made the windows noisy. They didn’t provide soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hand tissues or bottled water. The sheets looked shabby and dirty, and the rough towels were dark blue or white, I couldn’t tell what color they were. Not recommended.

Really bad. The TV didn’t work, though they gave me a remote at the lobby. When I switched the TV on, all the power went down. The place wasn’t clean either.

The room had a stale, musty smell. The sheets, pillowcases and towels were all yellowish, and I felt gross using them. After a long journey, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want a decent rest. There are plenty of other hotels at the same price with better facilities.
